Each month, administrators of accounts billed via monthly invoice will receive an email notification with a PDF invoice attachment detailing the monthly charges associated with your account. To download the transaction detail report, click on the link you receive in the monthly billing email and this will take you directly to a secure web page to download your current transaction report. Once you sign in using your Reprints Desk administrator ID username and password, you will also be able to securely access historical invoices and transaction detail reports.
Additionally, You can access this billing information and generate other administrator reports by signing in directly at https://www.reprintsdesk.com/login/adminlogin.aspx?. Also, a link to the administrator login page can always be found at the footer of any web page on our website (http://www.reprintsdesk.com).
Upon successfully logging in as an admin, click ADMIN>INVOICES and select the invoice number in question. You can download the invoice and invoice detail report (CSV or PDF) by selecting the 'Download' button.
