   NameID = should be an email address (format is not consequential)

   First Name = mandatory

   Last Name = mandatory

   Email address (Optional) if you want a separate email address from the one asserted by the SSO.
   
   

6. Optional: Release Custom References
   
   
   
   
   customerreference1 = customerreference16 can be released to be added to the invoice/reports with any designated string value you would like to store
