If you can't register or login, it is likely that you are already registered in the system and you are using the wrong method to login with.
"We couldn't log you in. Double-check your email and password, or try a different sign-in method below"
This means that you sign up the wrong credentials or you sign up with Google or ORCID. You need to sign in with those methods if you did so.
You cannot create a new account for this email.
If you do not want to sign up with Google etc. and instead want to create an account with a password then you can contact us at customersupport@researchsolutions.com and we can update your account to do so.
It won't let me log in!
