The Reprints Desk Help & Support Center makes it easy for you to find the right information you need. Features include a powerful search function and the ability to browse articles, video tutorials and PDF Quick Reference Guides at the click of a button. You can watch how-to-video tutorials right on the home page, take and instant look at popular topics or read the latest product features.
You must be signed in to access the content in our Help & Support Center. You can sign in at the Reprints Desk user login page or the admin login page using your login credentials. Once you've signed in, please click the 'Get Help' button from the 'Get Service & Support' section in the Article Galaxy Dashboard and you'll receive full access to the content described below. And, of course, you can always submit a help desk ticket without having to sign in.
GET HELP
If you need immediate help, simply submit a help desk request and our customer service team will get back you as quickly as possible. You can always submit the request even if you are not signed in by clicking the "Help" tab in the footer of the Reprints Desk website. You can also use the chat function during North American business hours.
MY TICKETS
You can view your entire ticket history, your posts and the sections you follow in this section.
TOPICS
Choose this option if you would simply like to browse article topics in the knowledge base and navigate through different sections. You can always use the search function to find a certain topic quicker.
TUTORIALS
If you just would like to watch video tutorials or download PDF Quick Reference Guides on a popular order method, this section brings you right to it.
WHAT'S NEW
Here is the quickest way to learn more about new features and product releases. Choosing this option will direct you to the product releases in the customer community. You cans subscribe to the section and you will automatically be alerted about new product releases.
GIVE FEED-BACK
Your feedback - regardless if nice or not - is important to us. Choose the Give Feedback tab at the bottom to request new features, post comments or vote on existing features.
