A useful tool within the Professional version of References is a RSS Feed reader. This tool allows you to collect RSS Feeds and store them in a single interface to easily track updates to your favorite journals, important searches and more. To access the RSS Feed reader, log into Article Galaxy, click on References and then click on "My Feeds".
From there, you can add a new RSS Feed for published works. You can copy a table of contents alert feed from the home page of a journal or you can create a search in an interface like PubMed and save that search as a feed to get updates whenever a new publication matches your search criteria. Simply copy and paste the feed into the reader. See attached video for a demonstration.
Once the feed has been added, it will automatically update each day when new content is available or you can click the circular arrows icon in each feed to manually refresh any feed. Add, edit or remove feeds as needed by clicking the gear icon.
